With unwavering determination and tireless effort, they opened their first restaurant in New York. Its overwhelming success inspired them to expand to Spring Valley, NY, where they began serving the most delicious traditional Ecuadorian dishes. Every meal is prepared with meticulous care, preserving the exquisite flavors of Ecuador's culinary heritage.
